NYC 320A commutability jumped from 7% to a staggering 11% in December bid package. As a result of this windfall, 1 and 2 day trips increased to 62%. There are more 1-day trips than anything else. For a base and category that is overwhelmingly commuters... I have to wonder if there isn’t some malice here.
