I read some good posts recently about the experience of getting hired and interviewing. Can anybody provide some insight on the training? Is it similar to airline training in terms of Indoc, systems, sims, etc? Is it AQP? How long is the foot print?

I’m on the Challenger so I can’t speak for the other equipment but the layout was as follows.. INDOC including travel days on each end was 11 days. Only had 4 days off between INDOC and Type Training (that can vary I’m told). Type Training was at CAE in Morristown, NJ. Not AQP and 17 days including travel days on each end. Systems first & sims second. It’s a doable course but fast so any preparation you can do prior helps a ton. I’ll say the instructors are great and they do their best to teach you what is important to pass the check ride. After type training I had 6 days off and began the 8/6 rotation. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Really have enjoyed it so far.
