The check ride failure is not an issue. Failing to disclose is a MAJOR issue and will cause you to be terminated when Spirit finds out the truth. CP told me we fired a guy for failing to disclose a check ride failure, we would have hired him with the failure. The instructor you receive makes a major difference. Some guys could careless and some real do a good job. If your instructor flies the line more than instructs should be a clue. Read AOM 1 for your oral and AOM2 will tells your how we do it.
