I knew those were jeopardy but I vaguely remember hearing you couldn’t bust it as long a learning took place.
Don’t want to derail your thread but it got me thinking since we are moving toward aqp.
I think you have been given some solid advice on this thread btw.

The check ride failure is not an issue. Failing to disclose is a MAJOR issue and will cause you to be terminated when Spirit finds out the truth. CP told me we fired a guy for failing to disclose a check ride failure, we would have hired him with the failure. The instructor you receive makes a major difference. Some guys could careless and some real do a good job. If your instructor flies the line more than instructs should be a clue. Read AOM 1 for your oral and AOM2 will tells your how we do it. Good luck we are hiring a lot of guys and hiring will continue!

Every evaluation is PRIA reportable. Just not to the FAA, but your PRIA response from the previous airline must include all training records.
If you bust your MV, the unsat training report is in your pria package that the airline sends to the new employer.

Common misunderstanding here.
