Take everything with a grain of salt. People say the program is such a scam and just a recruiting tool.... then why are they being so selective? If they wanted to use it solely as a recruiting tool, they would accept everyone then turn them down at the end. If you get in, you are in no way guarantee an FO position but it’s pretty much yours to lose.
