United has announced that Bebe O'Neill, former base chief pilot for the Denver base, has been promoted to Managing Director of the Aviate program.

Anybody who's followed her progress knows she's going places within the company.

So, to me, this announcement suggests that United is putting a lot of emphasis on the Aviate program, and, if you're serious about a career with United, ignore Aviate at your own risk!
