The UPA is still working well for us, and unlike past negotiations where we were cornered, we do not have to accede to the Company's timeline. Today, we have one of the strongest contracts in the industry and, while there is always room for improvement, none of the improvements we are seeking surpass the importance of first protecting ourselves from having our jobs outsourced."
