The 14 day “vacation type” program means you can get up to 14 of your normal regular days off guaranteed. You do not get any vacation at all. But those 14 days a year you are guaranteed off.. choose wisely ��
Remember, you also go to training on your days off. If your recurrent training is 5 days, you only get 5 days off for the rest of the month.
