I can compare it to my last job if I want to. I currently work 1/4th as much as I did in my previous career and make twice as much. That does not mean I don't want to make more nor think that I shouldn't make more. But when I ponder where I am today and where I was 15 years ago I absolutely believe that I am way better off now than I was then.
