That's good to hear. That happens at skywest whether they want Detroit or not the guy I talked to was a year in so it's probably different for a new hire today.

From the outside it seems there is a logjam of guys holding out for delta only and not putting effort into going elsewhere. Could this be why upgrades are slower there? I know at skywest everyone is trying to get out asap to whoever calls first and it really moves you up both the captain and especially FO list fast in Detroit.
