I interviewed recently, and will confirm most of this. I'll add that it was all pretty relaxed. The written test was brief and should be basic knowledge to a pilot that meets their requirements. The one-on-one with HR and the panel interview with CP/ACP/VP FO were a handful of TMAAT questions, very straightforward, nothing tricky. Was reimbursed quickly for travel to KC. Good impressions of the company overall.
