Well I believe they still do a presentation of the company which is pretty good then they give you a test on general aviation stuff. I think you will meet one on one with HR then one on one with a pilot could be an ACP then a 2 on 1 with the CP and another ACP. After they have lunch and then you're done. They do take you down to Headquarters for a tour of the operations.

Why on earth fly at any job that isn't your #1 choice?

When you answer that then you'll understand why someone might go to AirShare.

Did you, or have you, flown at any job that wasn't your end goal aircab?

Airshare is far from perfect, but they run a way better operation than just about any "mom and pop 135" place out there. Their guys also seem to have very good luck getting hired at major carriers, particularly SWA.

I interviewed recently, and will confirm most of this. I'll add that it was all pretty relaxed. The written test was brief and should be basic knowledge to a pilot that meets their requirements. The one-on-one with HR and the panel interview with CP/ACP/VP FO were a handful of TMAAT questions, very straightforward, nothing tricky. Was reimbursed quickly for travel to KC. Good impressions of the company overall.

They advertise avg of 10 nights gone a month in domicile - did you learn anything about that during your interview?
