Hey guys,
Ex-Skywest here and have a friend looking to get an interview.
Was curious if anyone has the latest gouge?
I have already done a search and got the "will fly for food" info.
Any additional info appreciated.
Thanks.

SkyWest uses the ATC810 (very stable) and the Frasca 142 (not very stable... naturally I got this in my interview).
I used Bill at Sunrise in SNA, (949) 852-0947. Tell him I sent you. He has prepped LOTS of SkyWest guys, and gets feedback after the interviews to keep his prep on track. Sunrise has the ATC-810 and the Frasca-131.
Also, Red Baron in SBA has a Frasca 141, and a current SkyWest RJ FO can get you some time in that... shoot me a PM for his name and number, if you're interested. I used this one, also.
Next, one of the FBO's at SMO has a sim, but I'm told that it's kind of a piece of dog doo doo. I never used this one.
There is an outfit in SLC that will hook you up in the sim the day before your interview. I personally don't recommend that kind of last minute prep work, but it has worked for many.
And finally, you won't have to do the sim any more if you're coming from another 121 carrier.

American Aviation in SLC has an ATC810 sim and they do an excellent prep course. It's about 30 mins and usually costs around $50. But beware, they book up fast so make sure you call either right after you set up you interview date or if you're more flexible when they give you your date opinions, call and ask the availability of the sim and use that info to help set your date.
AA is located behind the Candlewood Suites and can easily be reached on foot from almost all the airport hotels.
