JD Power has Alaska and Delta listed in the same category. Both are network carriers. Why can't you put both in the same category? Once you're above a certain threshold everyone operates the same way.
Leaving Alaska is worth a bunch of happiness points on its own which probably translates to positive JD power. Leaving Aruba makes me sad.
I flew Cessnas in Alaska. People would be excited to see me land to get groceries. And even more excited when I’d pick them up and take them to the doctor.
