Though the new contract may not be extremely much better than the current one, I do think the best option is to accept it. The reality is that as long as the compensation is attractive to enough pilots to fill class and keep most pilots happy that is all the company needs to pay. It is a free market industry. Employees can go where they want to. The company believes that the current and new contract will supply their needs so that is all they have to offer.
Air Wisconsin has offered a job and compensation that is attractive to me so I plan to enter training for FO in January. I would be glad if the new slightly better contract is accepted.

You are going to be in for a rude awakening if and when you make it through training. That should be your first concern buddy .
