I can assure you that no one here works for free and it's that belief of entitlement that makes you believe that you are. Check your bank account. You get paid twice a month for your work! I've been here long enough to have experienced staffing difficulties. In the end, I make the decision to work more or go home at the end of my scheduled trip.
So you’re a professional until they give you a contractual junior man and then you decide which parts of the contract you want to follow? Enjoy getting to go home while the rest of us do what we signed up for. If you don’t like getting extended, you can always leave.
