Yeah the first day of class is awesome because strolling around in a suit you stand out like a sore thumb. Then as soon as you get the ALPA presentation everyone will immediately switch to the ALPA lanyard so you dont "look" the new hire. But we know... we know... Just remember, if you're tall and in the Saab, the hat is a priceless piece of safety equipment so you don't hit your head on that damn fire handle over and over and over again.
