The university partnership and the time building route both require degrees regardless. Only those who are currently flying for the UAX exclusive carriers have the bachelors degree preferred not required, pending “significant leadership experience.” Those that get the Aviate CJO, who don’t have that degree, and don’t meet that leadership requirement, will have to check that box like the CPP before mixing on.
