Even a year 2 upgrade at 75 hours going by the apparent fo pay till signed off still comes out ahead. Minimal gains but gains nonetheless. I'm sorry but having been through this 3 times now I don't believe voting down this one would magically produce a better ta in 3 years of negotiations. At the end of the day you got something for the next 2 years instead of the 0 you were going to get.
But it’s easier to throw an anonymous tantrum on the internet and hurl insults at people who have a different viewpoint...more gains then losses, the upgrade pay at OE is pretty crappy no doubt, but that affects you once, then you continue with your life. More incentive to pass OE in the footprint I guess.
