Last SSC report basically said we are going to be hiring to staff training at max capacity for the foreseeable future. If you count retirement in the next 12 months, we are going to have to hire 1,500+ pilots in 2020 to staff that many planes. That number jives with the 4,000 new hires by 2022.

That's pretty significant. Like majorly significant. 4000 pilots in 2 years. I guess seniority will be better for everyone in likely every base, equipment and status.
