That's not true. The company is buying 76 seaters, and can continue to buy them, beyond the 20 that will be delivered next year.
What they can't do, what scope is prohibiting them from doing, is to continue to subcontract out beyond their current numbers.
If they don't want to buy a NSNB but still want more 76 seaters? Great! Send me to school so I can get a type rating. I'll fly it.
UAL corporation owns plenty of E-175's, and the pay scale is listed on our current contract. Need more of them? Get me a type rating and I'll be happy to fly it!
