If you’re already at a partner school then tell them which one, or they can help place you. You’re paid whatever the flight school pays you for instructing. If I remember correctly, the school sent my paycheck to envoy, then envoy would pay me through their payroll system. I don’t remember exactly when health benefits kick in. Flight benefits start once you commit to the program, which is great. As for picking base and aircraft, as a cadet you’ll pick first. You’ll be placed in seniority using DOH among the other cadets. We really have no idea what they’re gonna do class wise, but the majority of time there are 175 slots, and being a cadet greatly increases your chances of getting a 175 slot.
