A common path is to get your CFI within, or outside the 141 program then instruct.
After 12-18 months, get hired by a ‘regional’, continue hours & an upgrade, continue applying.
Along the way don’t get tripped up by peripherals, DUI, driving record, medical, whatever.
Be willing to move where the job is. There may be some military options also, if it suits you.
