Correct....it’s on a per case basis, special rest provisions are incorporated. It’s primarily a factor when you have to de-ice on the outbound leg....can’t take much delay if the trip is blocked at 8:15...they had several instances of cancelling down in SJU due to exceeding The 9 hr 117 limit....this gives them 15 mins of breathing room.
