There's going to be more IAD TDY for CRJ pilots from other bases. We will need to start training at least a couple a month on the CA side starting in Feb or March. The 700's won't be gone totally until probably November or December 2020 - because we won't take all 20 of the 175's at once. They don't start coming until May.

From what I read on the latest conference call - we have plans and contingency plans for everyone. I don't see any down sizing or problems with solvency for the airline.
