When you get to phase 2 are you basically hired unless something crazy comes back from your background check? Or is there another layer of approval once you’re checks come back waiting for a class date?
I don’t know much about the details, someone else here probably knows more, but basically after passing Phase 2 the Pilot Hiring Committee (PHC) meets at some point to review and give their final blessing. As long as nothing was found on your background check you should be good.
I remember maybe five years ago they were having some new-hire training issues. Anyone who already made it through Phase 2 who didn’t have enough recency hours were getting asked to build more recency before moving on.
