I have a hard time believing that continuing to show interest in 2020 is somehow going to harm your file. All my opinion, who knows what goes on behind HR doors. If it were me, I would be the first to hit submit in 2020. I think each application is separate other than carrying the information forward. If the algorithm liked your app in 2019 why would it not like it in 2020 with the same information but more flight time. Best wishes hope to see you flying UPS colors soon.
