The Junior Captain data is probably the most rapidly changing data point industry wide, and is certainly info that we're watching. We've pulled data off the profiles in the past because it couldn't be verified or had other accuracy problems. It's a good bit of data for job seekers, but it's one that's tough to keep current.

We have a pretty good source (i.e. pilots at the airlines profiled) who keep us updated. We usually hear about it in a big way if something isn't correct as many guys have taken ownership of the info. We also have good relationships with many of the HR departments and that's another source of info (obviously there are limits there).

Even though the site is updated EVERY DAY, there could be some inaccuracies as a result of changes not being submitted/verifiable.

We do our best, and we'll gladly accept criticism and comparison as long as it can help improve the info that we offer. Did I mention it's all free
