If this was mentioned at a routine physical I wouldn't worry about it or even mention it to the flight doc. You don't have the condition and the doctor just wants to reverse a trend they're seeing.
BUT, if you had a visit specifically to evaluate your cholesterol due to some issue, I wouldn't hesitate to put it on your flight physical form.
If you're really worried about it, disclose it and see what the AME says.
