The top 30 individuals are lifers, give or take a couple. The flow is 6/month, however AA typically holds 11 classes a year, which equates to 66/year for flow. Seniority list has been shrinking. 770 pilots on list in Jan 19 to 705 Dec 19.
The seniority list in shrinking but I am fairly certain the percentage of line qualified pilots is considerably better. That being said it will catch up eventually and at this rate rather soon and we will be even less staffed than before unless something changes.
