Hate to say it but I'm finally going to start talking to other regionals. They're doing nothing but stringing us along while offering zero information.
It’s unfortunate that the management team at your company is not providing the slightest insight. As you said, no update since August, upgrades on hold, check airmen training on hold, are all bad signs. You may consider applying to another regional airline at this point, unless you believe you are qualified otherwise.
