You said it, 50 people, we fly one of the smallest regional jets in the world. The pay is not as good as some other 50 seat rates from AAG and EDV however its competitive with hourly rate and total compensation when not including bonuses ect. Straight pay, benefits, and work rules our definitely better than most regionals minus EDV and Republic. Those two definitely lead the industry in Contact and pay. They also fly bigger metal. They spent nearly a decade of “negotiations” to keep current book with a minor raise. Think about that. Every other airline has rigs and cancelation pay these days. We are still lowest min day and at the bottom of per diem. Other airlines are up to date actually paying for the full cost of luggage and uniforms while we maintained a 10 year old fixed reimbursement. Lacking paid commuter hotels. The list can go on but just keep telling yourself this is such a great thing. It was sold to the second half of the seniority list and they bought it.
