Hey ForFlightsSake, welcome. 4th year guy here. I'd say United's newhire classes are probably 45/45/10 split between RJ/Military/Corp & Other as I have a bunch of buds still getting hired (AF) so I think I'm in "the loop" but others feel free to correct me. We are doing 120 right out of the gate in January after a 900 hire year in 2019 so I think you'll see that start to shift to about 60/30/10 this year because I think the military pipeline has just about been exhausted based on high volume...our "Aviate" program is a pretty good indicator of this buyer's market beginning to emerge industry wide IMHO.
