Seniority is a position on a list, not how long one has been on a list. That’s longevity. 80 or 90% after being on a list for 12 years is still 80 or 90%.
I agree... that’s why when itsajob said “they’ve put in the time to earn that privilege” I pointed out that not everyone has put in the time to earn it. It was given to them.
