How organize all?

I am Lea and I’m from Belgium, 26 years old.
I'm coming to California soon in September to join my American husband. So would like to continue my dream of becoming a pilot. I already have an EASA class 1 so I imagine I will be able to have an FAA.
My question is how to organize my training with my arrival? Knowing that I need to save to be able to pay for my training and take a little loan, what can I do?
Is it better to do my training little by little or save and wait 30 yo for example to start my training? I know that luckily recruitments will accelerate with retirements so I would like to be on time and not late.
Im afraid to be old and not be able to try majors.. Like at 30 years old if I start my training will be surely able to apply for regionals at 33...
