The transitioning from long call to short call and how field standby is used could easily be addressed. The market has changed. We are not trying to hold onto what we can on this cycle, management is trying to hold onto what they can. I’m willing to wait them out. I’m not expecting a 50% raise and only work every other Tuesday, but for the first time in a very long time, there is no reason to sacrifice anything.
