Contract 2019

Oh you mean the artificial panic created when CAL Pilots were upgrading into CAL purchased aircraft, that “opportunity”?
Might want to ask the former IAH and LAX Reps why they voted the way they did and I’ll give you a small himt. Had everything to do with content and nothing to do with the seat grab hysteria. Those two Councils aligned themselves with the West Coast UAL side during the whole process right up until the hysterical seat grab nonsense reared it’s ugly head.
Make no mistake, the absolute best chance to make the biggest gains were thrown away during that time frame and the very worst of the CAL Reps voted yes to do so.

Misinformation? Since you are apparently in the know please do enlighten us. Have you been reading between the lines of the recent negotiating updates? Noticed a dramatic change over time? Remember the holiday card with the MEC officers on Santa's lap with models of E190-E2s?

As usual the only ones benefiting from our contract negotiations are the lawyers. Progress? Watch a sloth video. Only thing agreed to thus far are the type of granola bars in ops (just kidding but close). Dont expect a contract for several years ie 2022. Management is gambling that the pilots are happy enough to not let the wheels come off.

You are wildly misinformed, I recommend you spend some time with our P2P volunteers, or Email/call your rep.

Fly.....no, no inside track or insider trading in information. There are a lot of guys that haven't a clue how the RLA works. We need to do some education on that. Also, a lot of speculation on MEC give on scope--we also need to quash, not necessarily the scope rumors, but that unfounded speculation does no one any good.
