Are you saying your (Delta's) last contract a fluke? Because IIRC, it went on for a couple of years and the first TA was shot down. And didn't the rank and file want to replace some MEC members during contract negotiations? The demographic has changed since the NWA merger plus the huge hiring wave that brought in a lot of younger guys/gals that went through hell during their regional years .. this is for the better. The pilot group was always a YES group (Atlanta) especially when they saw the increase in pay rates. That is something of the past, DTW MSP NYC have taken a lot of the voting power away from the Yes men. We'll see ..
