I think that I am going to go for it and join the ACMI ranks. I am looking forward to a new challenge and adventure. I have reach most of the potential at my current company being a check airman with over 2000 tpic. The only gain by staying is more hours, additional type, and better seniority. I think that I can afford the risk and being single, the long trips won’t adversely affect a family. If things go south, then I can say that I am real airline pilot have been furloughed… Seriously though, I hope that I would have at least heavy and international experience for the future.
