694 today. The hiring boom from 254 or so to the current numbers started in 2015. Those hired in late 2014 through 2015 hit the sweet spot for a 5 year flow. With current attrition reality is 6.5 to 7 years for flow if hired today. 9 years is straight flow only with no outside attrition....



About a third of pilots won’t flow here. They resign for other opportunities before then.
