Sorry I can’t answer your question directly (I recently left Xjet) but I am absolutely blown away that Xjet is now the place people come to for quick upgrade and movement. When I joined a few years ago it was a huge gamble and disaster of an airline. Absolutely unbelievable how chaotic the regional industry is even with the highest demand for pilots ever.

It sounds like IAH is where the growth is on the 145 so yea, if your want it, your got it. Apparently they’re getting ready for street captains, so there you go as well. Keep in mind that street/immediate upgrade captains at any regional will typically be on reserve a while.
