Entirely Dominican! Having some protection is better than none at all. It’s not about fear it’s about having representation abroad if you’re ever faced with an issue. There have been a number of times it’s happened to people and if you’ve never been in that position it’s not good. You seem to not get this point. I’ll leave it that.
