I did the math (source, the list of individual retirements from crew resources), between now and end of the conversion period, there are more WB retirements than posted vacancies. That aside, we are not parking widebody aircraft....shouldn’t the postings be keeping up with retirements.....as well as adding staffing for deliveries?

Ps...I’m only looking at A positions.
