From what I’ve been hearing in my domestic circles, I think widebody FO will go senior and narrow body captain will go really, really junior. The junior narrow body captains are really tired of the schedules and are tired of the staffing.
Im a 2010 hire and there are only 39 people senior to me with a bid in for LAX320A for 30 positions. LA is going to be the new NY.
