320 in SLC has been stagnant, hasn't had new hires on it for years. It's becoming the preferred NB for the younger half of the pilot group. LAX 320 trips have been bad, and many folks are switching to SLC. SEA 7ER has too many FOs, and SLC 7ER has the writing on the wall. I'd expect a good chunk to slide over to the 320. Could take awhile to get a base transfer. 220 & 737 have been allowing newbies to transfer in on their first AEs. Should stay that way.
I think a good number of the SLC7ER will wait for the SLC330 base to open, because that's where the international flying is headed there...…..
