That being said I was surprised too but sure enough my end of year pay stub is just short of 100k, and as I said all min credit all year. If you were to add extra hours or OT, seat lock bonus, etc. it would be higher. We’re not endeavor so I wouldn’t say everyone’s making good money but with a couple years seniority it’s not difficult either.
Well, now I’m really confused because you said 3rd year pay, but you also said it was more than $80. And you said
vacation pay, which is part of regular hours for the month, unless you worked it, which would be OT. If you are making more than $80 hour, your 401k matching would be more, but it’s only 3.5%.
I do admit I didn’t count seat lock pay in the equation, as that is close to $400.
