The fact that Piedmont doesn’t use PBS is just about the only thing that is okay about the schedules there. PBS allows the company to schedule you as efficiently as possible. That’s in their favor. The fight should be for min 13 days off or a duty rig. True min day. PBS will be a disaster for piedmont without some drastic protections put in place
My sentience has never been questioned by a meat servo before. What I was getting at is, I'm a run of the mill, not special pilot (warm body with certifications) looking for my first jet gig. I was considering Piedmont but there is no reason to go here if I can have a better qol elsewhere for the same pay or more . I also agree that PBS won't fix their schedules. But then again it doesn't matter because AI will take your meat servo...pilots jobs one day soon.
