I don't think it will drop below 12000. Trips are too good and payrate is significant boost from most FO pay. NYC717/220 will likely be in the 12500-13000 range

There were a couple straight out of military guys that needed some ET around that time but they all got on the line no problem.
The guys who said such to me thought it was tough to learn two airplanes while learning Delta procedures.
I didn't have an issue, but I spent most if my pre Delta Navy and Civil flying being multiple qualified. 60s and C12s, King Air and JetRanger, T44 and T34 etc.

yeah, having trained both on the fleet new hires generally show up more prepared than anyone else

we are only parking a few 76s, that has nothing to do with the fleet plan for new hires.

parking them in lieu of a few other airplanes...the gulf air birds are going to charters instead of being parked so it's still a net loss but doesnt sting as much.
