In the last big hiring wave, by mid 2015 new hires were getting all kinds of crazy stuff. My class was half New York stuff and half 73n and 7ER to Atlanta. It kinda just depends on what needs filling that week. They were giving out so many ERs to new hires that people were waiting forever to get their OE and TOE done.
I heard a rumor some time back that delta had made the 320->330 training a day or two longer resulting in a 2 year seat lock instead of a one year seat lock. Any truth to that?
