Everyone works the system differently. I’ve met SS and his WS has saved me multiple times from being called on a reserve trip and I got to spend more time at home with my family. SS works smarter not harder. So while you scold him for doing a white slip and taking a green slip from someone, People who do green slips should be scolded as well for letting the company know they don’t need to staff properly because money hungry pilots will save the day.
